Registrations

Who can register?

Every participant aged at least 12 years old.

When does the registration start?

The official open of registration starts on Friday the 1st of April 2022.

How to register?

You can register on

We are open everyday Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.

How much is the registration fee?

The registration fee costs 25€ VAT included.

Is the registration fee refundable?

No.

If you need to do a change in your registration, it will be done in our headsquare with a fee of 10€.

May I participate with my dog/pushchair?

For security reasons, it’s not allowed.

May I participate as a walker?

Of course! Walkers are more than welcome at the 20k race.

Do I need to do a health check before the race?

A health check before the race is not mandatory but is recommended by the organisers.

What does my registration include?

-The race

– The medal

How can I register in the parasports section?

The participant who wishes to register in parasports needs to mentioner by ticking the parasports box on the registration form.

Can I cancel my registration?

In case of cancelation, the refundable is not possible.

Is the Covid Safe Ticket mandatory?

All sanitary measures dictated by the Authorities must be respected.

Bib number

The numbered bib is assigned according to the finishing time in 2021 or reference time over an equivalent distance and according to the remaining numbers.

A chip is put inside the race number. The participant registered through internet is invited, once they received a mail with the starting wave may go pick their numbered number at our headsquare, rue de la Chapelle 17, 1000 Brussels. Open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.

Where is the refuelling stand?

6 SPA reine water refuelling stands are located all along the route. An Aquarius refuelling stand is also located on the route at the Bois de la Cambre.

Is there a cloakroom?

A changing room is available free of charge to participants with a bib number at the Musée royal de l’Armée et de l’Histoire Militaire on the Esplanade du Cinquantenaire. The organisers decline all responsibility in case of loss or theft. Please respect the museum and its works.

Are There toilets?

Yes, there are toilets available free of charge.

How can I get to the 20K Brussels race?

The start of the race is given at the Cinquantenaire Park.

To get there by public transport:

Underground: line 1 or line 5 stop at Merode

By bus: line 27,61 or 80

By tram: line 81

How many time last the race?

The maximal time of the race is 5 hours.

What if I didn’t finish the race in time?

Don’t panic, a “sweep bus” will be present.

Are there lockers?

The lockers are available with fee at the entrance hall of the changing room.

How can I view my result?

The results will be published in the DH-les sports newspaper on Tuesday the 31st of May 2022. The results will also be published on the 20km website.
