Teams

More than just a race, the Brussels 20km is the biggest sporting event in Belgium, bringing together almost 600 teams.

Whether you’re a charity or a company, sign up as a team to take on this great sporting challenge together. The “20km of Brussels” is the perfect opportunity to raise awareness of your charity, raise funds for your project or team up with your colleagues.

Taking part as a team means you can easily manage registrations and pay in one go, on the basis of an invoice.

Teams are made up of a minimum of 10 participants.

The registration fee is set at €35 (including 21% VAT).

Important new feature for this edition:

This year, we are introducing a new team registration system. It aims to ensure a simpler, less stressful and fairer procedure, with a longer registration period.

Registration procedure for teams

🆕 New registration system (in 3 steps)

As last year, 65% of the total number of race numbers are reserved for teams.
Their allocation now follows a clear three-step procedure:

 

1) Create your team (until 14 January 2026)

  • You need to send us an e-mail to [email protected] to receive the link to create your team.
  • You will then receive a personalised link and team code to send to your participants.
  • At this stage, it is not yet possible to register participants.
  • Teams must have a minimum of 10 people.

 

2) Register participants within your quota (from 21 January to 18 March 2026)

  • You and your teammates will be able to register online using your team’s unique link and code.
  • You will be allocated a maximum quota.
  • You may register fewer than this quota if you wish.
  • If you wish to exceed this quota, you can obtain additional race numbers in step 3.

 

3) Obtaining additional race numbers

  • On 25 March 2026 at 10 am, the last available race numbers for teams will go on sale online.
  • Allocation will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Once the reserve is exhausted, team registrations will automatically close.

 

When your team registration closes (quota reached or manual closure), a collective invoice will be sent for payment. The race numbers will be allocated (with personalised envelopes with maps, race numbers, timing system and pins) and you will be invited to collect your team’s race numbers from our offices from Tuesday 5 May 2026.

Stand rental

Hire a 4mx4m pagoda tent around the large fountain or a 5mx5m pagoda tent at the foot of the Cinquantenaire arcades and offer a special welcome to your team’s participants and supporters.
